What Are The Equipment In The IEC 60068 Shock Test Method

IEC 60068 shock test method provides a standard procedure for determining the ability of a specimen to withstand unrepeated or repeated shocks of specified intensity. The purpose of this test is to reveal mechanical defects and/or degradation of specific properties, or cumulative damage or degradation caused by impact. In conjunction with relevant specifications, it can be used in some cases to determine the structural integrity of a sample or as a means of quality control.
Basic Shape of pulses This standard includes three types of pulses, namely half-sinusoidal pulse, terminal sawtooth pulse and trapezoidal pulse.

Half-sine: one half-cycle of a sine wave, as shown in Figure 1;

Final-peak saw-tooth: asymmetrical triangle with short fall time, as shown in Figure 2

Trapezoidal: symmetrical trapezoid with short rise and fall times, as shown in Figure 3.

Acceleration Mechanical Shock Test Machine

Acceleration mechanical shock testing machine is designed to measure and ensure the impact performance of products and packaging, simulate the real environmental impact conditions of the product, so as to improve and perfect the product packaging sine wave, post-peak sawtooth wave or square wave impact test.structure, you can choose different waveform generators, half It is mainly used for impact test in electronic products, aerospace, shipbuilding, military, auto parts, transportation and other fields.

PHSS15 Series Pneumatic Horizontal Shock Response Spectrum Test System
PHSS15 series is the state-of-the-art shock response spectrum tester that adopts compressed gas energy to provide impact energy, push the shock hammer to impact the resonance plate, and generate high energy shock. Comparing to traditional pendulum shock response spectrum tester, this machine has the advantages of high energy, stable performance, high reliability, good repeatability, easy adjustment, safety and environmental protection. It is mainly applied in the industries of aerospace, aviation and ships.
